The GREATEST PRESIDENT EVER- at least according to my husband!

While Lynn's parents were here visiting we took them to see the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Lynn had been there before, but Air Force One wasn't opened yet so he was so excited to see it. I wasn't very excited to go, but I have to admit it was great to be reminded about the fall of communism and the patriotism of President Reagan. Politics have been so awful lately- do any of our politicians remember how great our country is and that their duty is to work for us- the people- and to help make our country the very best it can be? Lynn loved President Reagan and all he stood for- the integrity of your word, the joy of freedom, and the love and loyalty for his wife. In many ways, Lynn exemplifies many of these same beliefs- pretty cool that he has choosen such a great role model for himself. If you ever get a chance to visit the library take the time- I promise you'll come away with pride in your country and the role it has played- and it may even help you have belief in politicians again!

Don't we all wish we had a Ronald Reagan type in the running! Joe would love to visit the museum...he's a lot more into that stuff than I am. I usually end up liking it, though.

Ronald Reagan was never appreciated for the true American he was. How different this political season and race would be if he were running. SO glad you are back and posting pictures. Did you see that I posted pictures too. Don't know if I will be able to do it once Cort leaves, but there are some cute pictures up.

I can't believe we lived in California and never went. It is one place I really would like to see. Isn't it funny how all the candidates today have tried to align themselves with Reagan? They haven't been able to come even close, but they'd like to.
