Okay, you are probably saying to yourself "Why would she ever feel like the movie Groundhog Day was exactly like her life?" Could it be that last year I had a grandchild born in APRIL and a daughter married in JUNE and NOW this year I have a grandchild being born in MAY and a daughter getting married in JUNE??? I mean really, I only have four daughters- what is the law of averages??? I wonder, if like Bill Murray, I didn't get this right the first time so now I have to do it all over again??? Could it be that I am paying for being the worst daughter ever??? At least my mom used to tell me all the time when I was growing up - "I hope you have a daughter like you one day- you deserve it" and she didn't mean it in a loving way!!! Could it be that my daughters in some awful nefarious plot got together one day and planned this all??? Is this their payback to me that when they were growing up they would come home from school and I would have emptied every drawer and cupboard in their rooms in the middle of the floor and they would have to clean it up and put it all away neatly??? They always said I would be sorry I did that to them one day....

You are so funny. Your daughters must all be conspiring against you to see how stressful your life can possibly be all at once!
Matthew says this should be the most exciting time of your life because now the family is complete. Perfect. It just makes sense now, thanks to the future perfect son-in-law.
I'm sorry he is kind of a spaz...anyways, i do think that you're hiding your true feelings of joy! I love the update! We're excited to come home this weekend!!
You know, I really like the idea of emptying out all the drawers and making someone else put it away. I can't wait to have kids!
Michael you are evil! Personally i think you will be bored next spring when there is nothing happening!!!
Well to be honest you do deserve some pay back for those AWFUL days coming home and having everything we owned thrown on the floor in a huge pile!! And at least between Sophie and our wedding you had 2 months, we were way more considerate!! Thanks for coming down and taking me out to dinner tonight, it was nice not eating alone!
